PRJ SLA Journal Entry Rule Set - CBS column must have a segment rule now to work properly

Summary:

In the original setup of the subledger journal entry rule set, the CBS column did not have any segment rules assigned for all of the journal line rules.

Throughout the previous months, no accounting errors occurred. However, in July, we encountered an error - we cannot account in draft.

Upon investigation, I conducted tests on various columns. Surprisingly, only the CBS column required a segment rule to ensure proper functionality of draft accounting. The segment rule I added is "XXPA Spare 3 CBS".

I have compared the XXPA Spare 3 CBS with different segment rules, but they all share the same setup.
