Reporting/Managing on Goal Plan Eligibility

Can goal plan eligibility be managed like Performance documents can?

I've been searching the forums but haven't found a clear answer. I have a lot of questions surrounding eligibility and Goal Plans and I'm not sure exactly where best to ask them.

 

Workers are assigned to a goal plan using Eligibility Profiles. Once the profile has been run is there a way to view those that have been marked eligible?

 

I know that in the performance module you can check/change eligibility by worker and it has afforded us a useful Subject area to report on workers that have been marked Eligible.
