Hi All, While creating new position, following fields are available in Budget section

  1. Budget amount
  2. Is the position budgeted?
  3. Cost Center
  4. Head Count
  5. FTE

Need to understand the use case for above fields.? How this will impact Hiring (through ORC or direct hiring in Core HR)

Will system validate the Budget amount against offer amount (created in ORC) or Salary amount (of the employee) ?
