Transaction Console Is Not Working As Expected For Custom Role

Summary:

A custom role was created to allow users access to transaction console. The following role was added to the custom role to generate the access:

Review HCM Approval Transactions as Administrator ORA_PER_REVIEW_HCM_APPROVAL_TRANSACTIONS

These are the privileges: I added the perform hcm approval transactions manually.

Content (required):

Access to the security console is granted, however I am missing statusses and insights for failed approvals (e.g. diagnostic log):

I found this Doc: Transaction Console Is Not Working As Expected For Custom Role (Doc ID 2671647.1) but it claims that To get following status filters (Auto Recovery, In Progress, Stuck, Submitted), customer has to use seeded role. The required privileges/data roles which allow to display the remaining status filters on UI and those roles are ONLY with the HCM Approval Transactions as Administrator role.

Howdy, Stranger!
