Hi,

I'm trying to create connections between Oracle PCS and CECS. I navigated  to Configure -> Services -> Oracle Documents Cloud Service.  I tried to create a connection, but test is displaying the following messages in the popup.

Conversations configuration has failed. User not Found. User "<UserName>" is not found in configuration "jazn.com". Check if the user exists in the repository specified by the configurations.

Documents Cloud Service: Documents is configured successfully. The OSN could not be configured. Check the identity domain and try again.
