How to change/Rename commerce process variable name while cloning or after cloning the existing one?

I am trying to create a new commerce process. As per Oracle best practice, we need to clone the default commerce process (oraclecpqo). If we are using clone option, its not asking for new commerce process name for cloned process. Its creating copy of existing one with the name of "oraclecpqo_bmClone_1". I am aware that we can change the process name after we clone the exiting one. But we want to change the process variable name. We don't want "oraclecpqo_bmClone_1" as variable name, instead of it, we need our custom process variable name. Is it possible to rename or set
