After HR OR employee withdrew the resignation process we need to show all approvals

Summary:

In Resignation process after HR or Employee withdrew the process, We need to show all approvals either who approve or not.

Currently ,after HR or employee withdrew the resignation process , the system show only one level from approvals ( the one who was awaiting to approve ) and who withdrew the process and that's not enough for our Customer(customer need to show all levels of approval)
