Smart Push & Data Map Limits

I was looking through the documentation and didn't see it explicitly called out anywhere, but I wanted to confirm the limits of pushing data via smart push & data maps:

• Smart Push: used to be 250k, but now 500k cell limit? Is this pre or post suppression?
• Data map: no limit. Is that correct?
