Currency Conversion in Approval Rule

Hello Good Day!,

I would like to ask if anyone has experience creating approval rule that has currency conversion on it? or is it possible?

Here are the scenarions:

If Above 100k Euro is the change in salary of employee, then the approval will go to Approver 1.

If Below 100k Euro, then the approval will go to Approver 2.

*The Problem is currency that is attached in the salary of the employee (ex. USD) then it will not trigger the approval..

I've tried different approach by using flex - field but currently this is not accessible in Change Assignment or Change salary approval.
