Change the position of Redwood Learner Pages

Currently, the new redwood page buttons are located on the bottom left side of the screen. We want to move them to a different location on the screen.

Is it possible to change the position of the Browse, Search, and My Learning pages from the bottom of the screen to the top right side of the screen?
