Printing by user

Summary: Is there a way to define print jobs by user to specific printer paths?

OWMS Printing is defined by document type. For example, any BOL will print to Printer A, regardless if it is user X or Y, who are at different workstations. If I want user X's documents to print at Printer A, but user Y to print at printer B, how can I make this happen?
