Inbound Email Implementation
I have a question on Inbound Email Implementation.
We have followed up below steps,
New EMail channel created with strip Code, all the profile values are set up based on the guide. Retrieve Inbound Email Messages is Running (currently set to run every 1 minute).
General Question on below statement from the guide,
“Setting Up Forwarding Rules for Email Channels” - Who will be doing it. If it is client, what are the details need to be shared to the client. Our Client is on Google campus" meaning we use gMail and the related services; not Outlook
From the guide, you create a new forwarding rule on your company email server to redirect emails addressed to your organization's Help Desk email account to the Help Desk address that Oracle provided at the time of provisioning.
