How to auto-reject a candidate when they did not pass/complete/hit the assessment benchmark? (SHL)

edited Aug 18, 2023 2:43PM in Recruiting, Opportunity Marketplace 8 comments

Summary:

Is it possible to auto-reject a candidate for the following conditions?

  1. They did not pass the assessment
  2. They were not able to complete the required assessment.
  3. They did not hit the required benchmark score for an assessment

The only result SHL is currently sending in ORC space is the Percentile (Score and Band are not included as per business' requirement)

This is necessary for bulk hires so that Recruiters would not need to check each candidate's assessment result/report especially when dealing with 100+ applicants.
