How to you clear corrupted SCORM tracking data for a single user?
Hello there,
Summary:
Occasionally a user working through a SCORM learning object will get stuck and won't be able to progress further due to corruption of the SCORM tracking data. This can happen for various different reasons and is something I've encountered with every LMS I have administered.
Content (required):
What is the best method for resetting the tracking data of a SCORM learning object for a single user? I know functionality exists to reset the progress of all users in progress for a SCORM learning object. Still, I can't see any functionality to do this for a specific learner.
