Customize Real-Time Integration Failure Email Notification Body

We would like to add additional, useful information to the email that is sent when a real-time integration fails.


Currently, when an integration attempt fails, we receive an email stating:

"Since Real Time Integration failed, Please check the Integration Settings for quote details.

This email was generated from the [environment website URL]."


We would like this email to include, at the very least, identifying information, such as the transaction number and/or ID, and preferably the specific nature of the cause for failure; however, we cannot locate the email template/code within CPQ.

Without this information, these email alerts are useless in regard to intermittent failures, because attempting to locate the failed quote in the unidentified real-time integration logs is impossible. Because the integration log shows only ten transactions per page, and navigating through the logs loads so slowly, we cannot navigate quickly enough through the records to locate the failed quote due to the high volume of quotes being made continuously by our users.
