Has anyone used GTM to manage what intangible products can be exported

Summary:

Our compliance team has a need for a tool that will tell a variety of business teams what technologies (i.e., software, product designs, documentation, etc.) can be shared with certain countries. Is anyone using GTM to handle managing export compliance on intangible products? Please note, there are plenty of situations where sharing with other parties is not part of a sales or purchase order transactions. These questions arise in the everyday collaboration with teams in other countries.
