How to Import Requisitions using FBDI without deriving TAD Setup?

Summary:

While we are using the FBDI file to import requisitions, we observe that if we use Initiate Approval after Import as 'No' in the parameters of the ESS Job and without changing any data on the imported requisition then manually submit the requisition for approval the charge account changes. It is deriving from TAB definitions.

Is it possible to ensure that the Requisition Charge account from imported requisitions can remain as is and not change as per TAB definitions?
