Absence Approval workflow for employees reporting to head of the company

Can we configure separate approval rule conditions for the employees based on the manager(head of the company).

We have requirement that there are separate absence approval flows for the employees reporting to head of the company. We want to configure rule conditions based on the employees manager person number instead of employees person number.
