What role do we need to give access to Interfaces

I have integrations associated with my fusion app, and for running those integrated apps we have to give HR Specialist and HR Analyst role.

So I want to know if it is mandatory to give full HR Specialist and HR Analyst roles access to provide access to integrated apps.
