How to set up compensatory time in OTL weekly time card ?

Summary:

To have a field in OTL to display an employees cumulative balance of worked vs scheduled hours, taking into account any time off in lieu that is taken during a working week.

Content (required):

So lets say for example

In week 1:

EMployee is scheduled to work 40 hours. And he works 50 hours. Therefore Flexitime balance = 10

Week 2:

Employee works 60 hours. Therefore cumulative flexitime balance = 10 + (60 - 40) = 3Week 3: Employee works 25 hours and takes 15 hours TOIL / Kompensation hours. Flextime balance = 30 - 15 = 15

Its basically where the business says if you work an extra hour, you can take it off in future

Some entities call it "TOIL" some call it "Compensation" task in project task.
