Seperate visibility of the Maintainance and Manufacturing Work Definitions data

Summary:

We have an Inventory organization enabled for both Maintenance and Manufacturing. We want to keep the data for each separate, as in the Manufacturing users should not see the operations, resources, items of Maintenance at time of work definition and vice versa, Maintenance users should not see the operations, resources, items of Manufacturing at time of work definition How can we achieve this?
