Do you know why is it not appeared Burden Schedule Assignment in Manage Financial Project Setting?

When I tried to create project that is assaigned new Project Template that is created today, Burden Schedule Assignment was nor appeared in Manage Financial Project Setting.

The following screenshot is another Project's one.


Project Template that is created today is enabled Burden Schedule Assignment.

Please let me know any ideas.
