How to Create Dependent Flexfields in Employee Assignment via EFF

Summary:

The requirement is to open 3 fields in Employment Assignment screen where the 1st field should be the 'topic' (say, Eligibility) for which we are capturing the data. This field should have an LOV associated to choose the value of character (values: Amount or Percent) from (2nd field) and the 3rd field should be a text box to capture numeric value (Value) manually. There can be multiple rows as such but unique for each topic.
