Tenancy inactive

Summary:

Without any deletion requests from my side, my tenancy appears to be inactive. It says "failed" below the image.

Does this mean that my account is about to be deleted?

Right now I can't do anything in my oci dashboard. It tells me that I don't have the permissions because my tenancy is inactive.

The strange part is that I can't create a new account with my email, because it is alredy in use (my "inactive" account), but when I request informations about the account using that email, I get a mail saying that there's no account with this email. So my account is somehow existing and somehow not.
