Summary: Email notification to the employe whenever there is a PPM Transaction

Content (required): Hello Everyone! Could you let us know how to schedule email whenever there is a transaction on PPM Account for the employee. We already have a seeded alert which just notifies user that there is a change but the now the requirement is to send email to employee's personal/work mail.
