Issue while extending offer

Dear All,


We are trying to extend the offer for one of the candidate and getting below error:

The job offer couldn't be extended. There was a problem with the job offer letter. (IRC-1590777)

This job offer can't be extended because the job offer letter wasn't created by the BI Publisher server.


I have already checked below 2 docs:
