Oracle INV WMS RA PO_RMA as PO_TO as IB Shipment (BARTA) showing API Invocation Error

Oracle INV WMS RA PO_RMA as PO_TO as IB Shipment (BARTA) showing API Invocation Error 

I am not able to create PO from Fusion to WMS because of this error Listed below . But when i send data through post man as LGF data it is working fine but not Through OIC

Please Advice on same , All Files has been attached
