Absence Balance changes only

Summary:

We have an extract on absence balance.(User Entity ABS_EXT_PER_ACCRUAL_UE). It is under Person UE(root data group-have threading DBI).

When a change occurs on any attribute on the absence balance level, we expect to only get the record that contain the changed attribute, but instead we get all the records for that person. This is because the threading dbi is set on the person's level. However when trying to set threading DBI at the absence balance level, the absence balance node is empty in the output. How to fix this?
