Drill through regions stop working

Summary: Drill Through Definitions stop working randomly and need to be "refreshed" and I can't figure out why or how to fix this.


Content (required):We have defined Drill Through Definitions in Database Properties. Sometimes they work and then randomly they will stop working and when users try to Drill Through to Source it says that there isn't any availability. To fix this I have to in effect refresh the definition by selecting Edit and then just saving it with no changes. This fixes it for users, but why do I have to go in and do this? How do I get it to just CONTINUE to work?
