Source of Invalid Intersection?

HI Team,

Our app has suddenly locked the OEP_WFP cube and effectively is completely 'invalid'. I confirmed this by opening forms that say has no data in it, but when you check off the Suppress Invalid data, then the form appears with data in it. In addition, no data entry can be performed by admins (and users).

I checked the usual suspects -- Scenario Time Period, Valid/Invalid Intersections and Cell level Security. Scenario was OK (and double checked the OOB Valid Intersection was correct).

We've been implementing some cell level security and valid/invalid intersections (though nothing for Workforce specifcally). I disabled all of them to be sure, and yet the app is invalid.
