Oracle Unity Release Notes for August 22, 2023

The following enhancements have been made to Oracle Unity:

Channel Campaign Recommender Intelligence Model Enhancements. Channel and Campaign Recommender algorithms are now integrated into one unified algorithm in Oracle Unity's Intelligence Workbench feature. With this enhancement, you can identify channel or campaign recommendations at the master customer level, and recommendations for channel and campaign have been flattened in the output object for better downstream utility (e.g., three new columns have been added for top three recommendations).
