Latency on CHJ and some frustration

Latency on CHJ and some frustrationContent
I am not blaming the support person who has my ticket, but this came back in response to a ticket for latency on CHJ today.
"To help us understand the full scope of this issue, how is your company truly being affected with this issue and please explain what the issue is preventing your organization from accomplishing."
Why is that even a question? You mean you really don't know the impact of latency on your customers?
So, here was my tempered response:
"Our admins are frustrated trying to create enrollments. Our users are frustrated trying to get to their training and then take their training. The business impact is simple, people don't blame the server, they blame the "system". Every time they experience this latency it is another black mark against the system. It only takes a few of those black marks before the perception is the whole thing is worthless. It's hard enough to lead the horse to water to take training without that perception.
