Redwood deployment overwritten by 23C Oracle HCM cloud
A Client has recently deployed the redwood pages for learning (for employee, manager & HR admin roles) whilst they were on 23B.
Everything had been deployed and validated as working correctly but when 23C has been deployed with the quarterly release and realised that some areas had been reset as if there were no changes made prior to the 23C release.
Manager can see everyone in the organisation when selecting the category 'All Reports' in My Team Learning (fixed by running LDAP Processes)
Learning items aren't shown in the browse catalog even through we have run the 'ESS job to create index definition and perform initial ingest to OSCS' once as Oracle has stated in the documentation. But seems to be run everytime there's a quarterly release.
