Specializations - make courses appear on training record

I wondered if there is a way to make the courses that are part of a specialization appear instantly on a learner's training record when the specialization is assigned to them as part of an initiative?

Content (required):

At present the courses that make up an initiative only appear on a learner's training record when the learner clicks in to the course for the first time.
