Create Department with Department Manager using SOAP Web Service

Summary:

Hi All,


We have a requirement to maintain Departments in Oracle Fusion via an interface.

organizationServiceV2 is available to Create/Update/Delete Departments. I am able to create departments using this, but i am unable to create/update the department manager using this API.


Have anyone achieved addling Department manager using SOAP?
