Write back from PBCS to Budgetary Control

Summary: We are trying to push data from EPM to BC. Everything looks good from EPM side but the write back fails with below error message.

Exception: java.lang.Exception: Unable to retrieve source budget name

Initialized the source connection and refreshed the members in target application but still no luck. When I refreshed the control budget members are skipped and not sure why
