How to restrict the learner to enroll into an Offering that has a past dated ILT activity?
Summary:
We would like to restrict the learners to enroll into an Offering that has a past dated ILT activity (there are no current or future dated ILT activities available in ILT offering).
Example:
Course Business Conduct 2023 and it has three Offerings:
- ILT 1 July 2023 (Past Date/session)
- ILT 1 August 2023 (Past Date/session)
- ILT 1 Sep 2023 (Upcoming session)
If a learner trying to enroll into this course today (23 Aug 2023) ideally the system should allow to enroll into "ILT 1 Sep 2023" Offering but it looks the learner can select past dated offerings (ILT 1 July 2023 OR ILT 1 August 2023) as well.
The only one option I can think of to provide "Publish End date" for each offerings.
