HCM Design Studio - Add Pending Worker - Contract Info region not editable ?

Contract info region is greyed out so I cannot make it "Required".

Hello,

In HCM Design Studio, when creating a rule for Add Pending Worker action, on the Show or Hide Regions ==> the Contract Info region is greyed out so I cannot make it Required.

Is this normal ? This seems a bit weird to me that we cannot make it Required like the others, since this section contains quite important fields.

If I cannot do it via HCM Design Studio, would there be any other way to make it required ?
