Primary and Secondary Quantities Get Inherited from Master Organization - Can't Disable

Hello,

There is a master organization in our setup. There are also multiple other organizations that we use but hierarchically we define master org first.

All items in product management have primary and secondary quantities - KGs and BLY except for master items. The requirement is that the master item has one primary UOM - KGs, and the same items in a different org have two UOMs, KGs, and BLY as primary and secondary quantities.

I wasn't able to achieve this through Sandbox. The UOM fields are disabled and I am not able to change them unless I change them in master.
