External System ID and External System Field

Summary:

We are looking to do a supplier migration and notice that the fields EXTERNAL_SYSTEM_ID and EXTERNAL_SYSTEM are available within the table POZ_SUPPLIERS (POZ_SUPPLIERS (oracle.com) however i do not see a corresponding field within the rest Create one Supplier API or the corresponding FBDI.

Am I missing something or is this an inconsistency I appreciate a workaround is a couple of DFFS but that seems odd if the fields are already in the underlying table.
