How can we set Select (Many) field height to fixed size and restrict from resizing

Summary:

We have created a form with Select (Many) column and assigned list of values using REST api. When we select values from LOV, the field is expanding (auto sizing) based on the number of values selected. We need to make this column with a fixed height and width and to restrict it from resizing but it should allow selecting as many values as we selected.
