How to manage Oracle Cloud ERP Roles in Azure AD

Manage/Provision Oracle Cloud ERP roles from within Azure AD.

Please guide me to automate the manage the Cloud ERP users roles from Azure AD. 

We already have an Azure AD SSO in use, however the ERP roles we have to go into Oracle ERP to provide appropriate roles. 

For example, 

There already exists an user in Azure AD, I want add "Accounts Payable Invoice Supervisor" role to that user, is there a way I can do that from Azure AD itself?
