Can the new data load process accept an SSH-1 RSA key or does it have to be SSH-2 RSA

We read all the documentation about the new data upload process, we read the key gen process post, but it did not state whether Oracle would accept a SSH-1 key or not and this could be a significant issue for us at this time.
