Pending Worker Seniority Dates
Hi, we have found that if we enter Seniority Dates against the Work Relationship section of a Pending Worker, once that worker converts to an Employee the Seniority Dates will not carry over. The Seniority Date of the Employee record will be set to the EMP hire date, rather than what was defined against the PWK work relationship.
Is this expected functionality? Is it possible to change this, would we have to move to V3 Seniority Dates to do this or is it possible with V1?
Thanks,
Edward
