API of adding more than one stop in an OB Load

Summary:

Using an API trying to add additional stops to an OB Load that is created using planned_ob_load API.

Content (required):

We are creating and associating an order to an Externally Plan Load using the planned_ob_load API successfully.

However, if we have to additional orders to the existing OB Load, we are unable to do using the planned_ob_load API since it doesnt support the UPDATE action.

Is there any API to add or delete additional stops to an OB Load.
