OIC integration is working fine in Gen-2 but when deployed in Gen-3 it is going into Error

OIC integration is working fine in Gen-2 but when deployed in Gen-3 it is going into Error

We have a integration which will take a .dat file as input and excludes header and trailer record and then maps the rest of the file to response. This integration works fine in Gen-2, when uploaded to Gen-3 it errors out. Integration (.iar) file and data file is included in the attachment.
