Equipment Resource Charge for Standard LOT Size (or a given production quantity)

I have a use case that my client has an equipment they use for the manufacturing process. Let's say it's an oven. Oven's usage for 10 loafs of bread is $10. So it's $1 a loaf. Sometimes they can put quantities less than 10, for example they are producing 6 loafs. They will use the material for 6 loafs, but I still want to charge the equipment usage of 1 instead of .6. Is there a way to tell the system to round up the usage or is the only way for users to remember to
