Is there another tool to be used in mass uploading objects aside from HDL and Spreadsheet loader?
Summary: In Oracle HCM Cloud, we usually use HDL and Spreadsheet loader for mass uploads of objects. However, our client wants to do it themselves in not so complex way, especially on mass hiring. Is there any other Oracle product that can be used to ease mass uploading?
