System Updates that may impact Fall Disbursements

Oracle understands that multiple institutions will be disbursing for the Fall in the next several weeks and wanted to inform you of an update that was made to increase resiliency of the batch job that controls when files are transmitted to COD. Due to the large volume that you may be processing, this change could impact your internal disbursement process and we wanted to provided some tips to ensure it occurs as smooth as possible.

  • What was the changed in the system?
    • A limit of how many student records can be processed in one batch job run was placed at level of 10,000 student records for COD origination and disbursement files
