I have considered using an advanced bml function for a commerce action, but for some reason the documentation isn't clear on how to manage file attachments through BML. I also considered trying the REST api, but for some reason there's no "import attachment" endpoint. Is the SOAP api my only option?

Even if this is so, the documentation doesn't seem to include a file manager section for either of the apis...
